Acceptance of terms
Two things count as your yes to what's written here: putting the official file on your phone, and opening the app afterwards. The download you take from Muluwin comes from [Legal entity name], and the terms and conditions below frame the arrangement between you and that operator. No fine print hiding in the margins — just plain wording, meant to be read once and understood.
There's a firm line on age, and it holds. Installing the Muluwin app and signing in is open to anyone aged 18 or above, and each time the app opens you're vouching for yourself that you meet that bar. Should the place you live set it higher for activity like this, the higher local threshold is the one you answer to. Any account we later trace to a minor is pulled the moment we find it.
So what law stands behind the agreement? It's read against the statutes that apply in [Governing state, India], and whatever the two sides can't work out directly lands in front of the courts there. If a clause here rubs you the wrong way, the cleaner path is to skip the install rather than agree to something you'd rather not. Keep the app, keep using it, and the whole document is taken as accepted.
